PE1801 are special concetrated white master batch based on low density polythene, there have 65% TiO2, use in high quality film. They have Better hiding power, dispersibility, flowability and tinting strength, all ingredients are accepted by Chinese State Food and Health Agency, they contact with foodstuff directly.
Application: Produce high quality and high gloss film with exellent printing surface base on good quality PE1801 and normal polythene, used for stretch ( sanitary towel packing ), punching film, lipuid packing film ( milk packing ), injection, blowing, co-extruding, hollow etc.
Feature:
1.    Sanitary performance meet the Standard of GB 9687-1988;
2.    No color alteration till temperature up to 280-300;
3.    Provide good surface smoothness film with better printing performance in the film industry; more bright white color with light blue; Don't affect heat sealability in high adding rate;
4.    Delay yellowness time;
5.    Better hiding power, dispersibility, flowability, gloss, meet the productive requirement of high temperature, high speed, high gloss;
6.    Ensure good disperisbility, adding rate up to 30%-35%;
7.    Meet the requirement of upscale liquid packing film without abnormal taste.
